Ciao a tutti, da qualche tempo gestisco un paio di relay Tor ed ora vorrei provare a gestire un (piccolo) nodo di uscita (exit node). Sto cercando di fare le cose per bene per minimizzare i problemi (cfr. [1]). Quindi ho iniziato leggendo (ed ora scrivendo). Sulla pagina delle linee guida di Tor, nella sezione "Legal", leggo quanto segue: --- Make sure you know the relevant legal paragraphs for common-carrier like communication services in your country (and the country of your hosting provider!). At least most western countries should have regulations that exclude communication service providers from liability.
