non è un solamente tema di privacy, ma è un tema di "sovranità nazionale"
ultraemplificando:
nel mondo nuovo dell'Artificial Intelligence, non contano nè le CPU nè gli algoritmi perchè sono semplici da scrivere (google e gli altri rilascia i tool opensource) ma contano i dati con cui si addestrano gli algoritmi e i risultati degli stessi. I dati di una nazionale (o di una azienda) sono quindi "materia prima"
la domanda quindi è: vogliamo essere una nazionale di materie prime o avere anche una industria di trasformazione?
quindi, il tema dati sanitari non può essere analizzato solo come un aspetto di privacy, è un aspetto di sovranità nazionale, come i giacimenti di petrolio
in modo divulgativo, ne parlano ormai le riviste di massa

La vicenda è reale ed è in corso un accertamento del
Garante.
Sono questi i casi in cui emerge la rilevanza della c.d.
collective data protection, in cui decisioni ad impatto
esteso sui cittadini dovrebbero seguire iter trasparenti e
partecipativi. Purtroppo però questo è un tema ancora agli
albori.
