Buonasera a tutti,
chiedo un'informazione ai giuristi. Inizierà tra poco il
Google Code-in Contest for High School Students del 2012 che
riguarda l'open software. Purtroppo nel regolamento c'è scritto che
l'Italia non puó partecipare. Ho chiesto perchè e mi rispondono come
segue:
<<...the Google Code-in contest is not open to residents of
Brazil, Italy, Quebec and Saudi Arabia due to regulations on
contests for those under 18 in those countries. Each of the 4
countries has a different, unusual contest law for minors that
unfortunately does not allow us to run any contests in those
countries.>>
Sono curiosa di sapere quale è questa strana legge cosí difficile da
osservare.
