se i gafam vi partecipassero, per il principio dei vasi comunicanti, sarebbe una buona cosa per tutti gli altri, annullando gli switching costs.

Il lock-in non è solo una questione di costi: quando ti sei legato a certi modelli di esecuzione, es. lambda di AWS, non è proprio possibile uscire, se non rifacendo tutto da zero.
