Falso. Basta assumere moderatori umani di diverse lingue e culture per visionare i video prima che vengano distribuiti al pubblico. Non vedo nessun obbligo ad utilizzare software per effettuare il filtro.
For filters to function properly while taking into account those exceptions, they would need to recognise the context of the upload, that is to say information surrounding the content including personal data of the user uploading it.
Questo è molto discutibile. La legge non è uguale per tutti? Perché devi sapere chi sono per sapere se l'ho violata? Giacomo
