On Dec. 6-8, 2012, the  href="http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/" style="color: rgb(226,
43, 0);">Berkman Center for Internet & Society,
together with seven international co-organizers, hosted a
symposium at Harvard Law School titled Internet-Driven
Developments: Structural Changes and Tipping Points, convening
representatives from Internet and society research centers
spanning 5 continents and 22 countries.



At the event, led by the Berkman Center’s Executive
Director  href="http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/people/ugasser"
style="color: rgb(226, 43, 0);">Urs Gasser class="Apple-converted-space"> LL.M. ’03 and with
contributions from Professors  href="http://www.law.harvard.edu/faculty/directory/index.html?id=48"
style="color: rgb(226, 43, 0);">Charles Nesson class="Apple-converted-space"> ’63, class="Apple-converted-space">  href="http://www.law.harvard.edu/faculty/directory/index.html?id=20"

explored various methodologies and interdisciplinary lenses for
investigating how the Internet is promoting shifts in the
