‘Copyright and Access to Knowledge’

 

Ø  The workshop is organised in cooperation with the European University Institute (EUI), the Osservatorio di Proprietà Intellettuale, Concorrenza e Comunicazioni (OPICC), the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (LUISS), and the Istituto di Studi di Diritto Industriale (ISDIR).

 

Ø  It aims at exploring how to redraw the balance between copyright protection and access, and considering this debate from the perspective of constitutional principles, drawing also from the discourse in patent law.
