La distribuzione da produttore/DC a punto vendita e’ passata da pallet a casse ed ora sta passando a singoli colli, con un aumento notevole del numero di prese. A questo si aggiunge una fenomenale crescita dei codici prodotto per tutte le classi merceologiche.

Se e’ vero quindi che da un lato si introducono casse automatiche nei brick & mortar ed aumenta il commercio on line a scapito dei dipendenti dei centri commerciali, dall’altro stanno aumentando DC, aziende di robotica ed automazione per la distribuzione. Amazon finora ha continuato ad assumere, cambiando pero’ il mix dell’organico verso profili e salari piu’ alti.
