Ritengo, però, che la Corte, forse un po' troppo ottimista, giunga a confondere l'utente internet "informato" e l'utente "medio", quantomeno circa l'attenzione che viene prestata nel fare la tara dei risultati che appaiono in seguito alla ricerca (punto quinto, pagina 10) Magari, però, nel caso di specie, un tentativo su Google è già stato sufficiente a fugare ogni dubbio...
