Cari tutti ritengo questo documento IL RIFERIMENTO per ogni discussione sull'uso della tecnologia digitale, in qualunque forma, per la gestione di questa emergenza sanitaria. È l'unico documento che ho letto che sottolinea COME PRIMO PUNTO l'assenza di prove dell'efficacia dell'uso della tecnologia digitale. Sottolinea poi l'importanza di concentrarsi su una strategia complessiva che consideri anche le implicazioni sociali. Infine ricorda ai "tecnici" che correre a realizzare soluzioni senza evidenza credibile e indipendente dell'efficacia rischia di minare la fiducia del pubblico.
