Ti risulta ci sia qualcuno che ha iniziato a ragionare sulla possibilità d'usare la leva fiscale per riequilibrare questa iniqua sottrazione di valore dai cittadini? Mi domando se ci potrebbe essere il modo per avvantaggiare con una leva fiscale soprattutto i paesi (come la Francia e l'Italia) che, per lo più, utilizzano servizi di questo tipo erogati da fornitori esteri. m.c.
