Un ottimo approccio quello americano (inaspettatamente). Hanno introdotto questa eccezione 2 anni fa e l'anno testata per capire l'impatto su tutti gli attori interessati. Solo ora la stanno introducendo in forma definitiva.
Un buon esempio che l'UE potrebbe seguire nel ripensare le eccezioni al diritto d'autore sul software nell'epoca delle black boxes e dell'algoritmocrazia (e qui invece introduciamo upload filters...)
