[nexa] Loops, ladders and links: the recursivity of social and machine learning

Consequently, new implementations are been called upon to judge and test the kind of solidaristic associations that machine learned systems have themselves produced, as a sort of second order learning process. Our conclusion is a call to action: to renew, at the social and machine learning interface, fundamental questions of how to live and act together.
