Qualche tempo fa avevo segnalato l'intervento di Kate Crawford su i rischi di errori valutativi indotti dai Big data analytics, o meglio da un uso inadeguato degli stessi. La Crawford sottolineava anche il tema degli esclusi, di coloro che non sono adeguatamente rappresentati a causa di bias nella metriche adottate o nelle architetture delle ricerche sociologiche effettuate. Sono questi (a mio parere) temi rilevanti, specie per i decisori che in un prossimo futuro potranno essere indotti ad assumere alcune scelte piuttosto che altre in ragione dei risultati degli analytics.
