Non mi pare di aver visto una discussione su questo in lista... non sono un giurista, quindi sicuramente non colgo qualche aspetto, ma ho l'impressione che dire che Airbnb È SOLO UN INTERMEDIARIO CHE FORNISCE INFORMAZIONI sia un semplice fermarsi alla superficie della situazione trascurandone l'impatto sociale.
