Caso vero, partito in Giappone dove c'e' un tunacoin ma che io ho vissuto in NEgland 1. Pescatori locali sono "costretti' a vendere il pesce come commodity perche' la distribuzione raccoglie anche da estero, specie dal far east. 2. Dati i consumi "bassi" di pesce da parte degli americani, la GDO non ha incentivi a differenziare ed investire su pesce "di nicchia". Il consumatore trova sempre un prodotto mediocre. 3. Go to 1. Arrivano le blockchain 1. Pescatore vende il pescato direttamente alla GDO provando che e' veramente locale e fresco. 2. Fish processor vende alla GDO solo piu' il servizio di filettatura e spedizione. Termina il conflitto col pescatore. 3. GDO riesce a vendere il pesce "fresh wild catch" a premium, pagando direttamente il pescatore (ben piu' del commodity price) per il pesce ed il F. Processor per il servizio. Senza blockchain, generazioni di supermercati han provato a fare delle app, ma non ha mai funzionato perche' non sono mai riusciti a separare il grado di conflitto della catena.
