[...] --8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8--- Leggendo i due punti sopra _mi_pare_ di capire che si dia per scontato che i dati debbano essere raccolti centralmente da una terza parte e che siano i governi e le corporations che se ne devono occupare, con la supervisione dei "data stewards" che permettano un rapido accesso ai dati a tutti coloro che ne anno bisogno durante i periodi di crisi. Se così fosse, con tutto il rispetto mi permetto di dissentire fermamente e segnalo che il rischio di "Ethics Washing", specialmente nell'era post-Snowden (e post Echelon), è decisamente alto. Il "data steward" dei miei dati vorrei essere io, il fatto che oggi non sia possibile _non_ dipende dal fatto che sia tecnologicamente impossibile ma dal fatto che l'attuale tecnologia è non è stata progettata per questo scopo; a voler essere maligni vien da pensare che sia stata pensata per lo scopo opposto (Zuboff docet) :-O In altre parole, per risolvere davvero il problema serve mettere mano all'architettura: hardware, software e rete; _dopo_ viene la disponibilità dei dati pubblicamente utili o privatamente condivisi coi propri amici. A tal proposito segralo che la ratio di progetti come DECODE è questa [2] (so che qui ci sono persone coinvolte in quel progetto ;-) ): --8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8--- What technology is DECODE creating? These tools will combine blockchain technology with attribute-based cryptography to give the data owner control of how their data is accessed and used. In emergeze tipo questa, vi immaginate se i dati - dalla temperatura corporea alla geolocalizzazione negli ultimi 20gg - venissero raccolti attraverso app appositamente studiate e potessero essere condivisi selettivamente (e solo per quell'arco temporale) _solo_ coi propri medici... e pubblicati in forma completamente anonima (possibilmente linked open data) previo nostro consenso?
