Tenuto conto dell'attutale contesto nominativo (attuazione dir. 95/46/CE) e del panorama legislativo globale sul tema, saresti così cortese da spiegare su quali argomenti fondi questa urgenza? Quali disposizioni della Proposta UE giustificano la "chiamata alle armi"? Per altro tieni conto che la dottrina giuridica europea, nonché diversi garanti ed autorità hanno già preso posizione in favore della Proposta e contro le spinte delle lobby.

non è una novità! L'azione di lobbying sta andando avanti da oltre un anno da ancora prima che uscisse il draft... anche in lista se ne è più volte parlato. Non condiviso i toni allarmistici. La proposta rafforza e non indebolisce la tutela dei dati, almeno nel testo attuale.
