un po' radicale... il plugin disconnect per firefox interrompe le chiamate a network sociali e di ad, cosi' da non lasciare loro traccia dei siti che visiti il plugin clickNclean cancella tutti i cookies, selectivecookiedelete invece consente di cancellare quelli di specifici servizi usare un browser per facebook/google ed un altro per il resto e' gia' una segmentazione la mail su un server imap non di multinazionali e' banale. (tenendo presente che i 3/4 della vostra mail la ricevono comunque, come destinatari) telegram e' identico a whatsapp ma molto meno in vista (e speriamo che sia vero che non copiano) ricordo questo di 4 anni fa.. http://goo.gl/TskFTB ciao!
