The invention further involves receiving to the Intercepting Control Element (160) a request to intercept dynamic and optionally static things data related to one or more target identities. It further involves collecting in the Intercepting Control Element (160), dynamic things and optionally static things data related to one or more target identities for which things data has been requested and forwarding the collected data to a Law Enforcement Management Function unit.
