Dear Colleagues and Friends, If you are interested in the European approach to AI and data protection, here you can find the draft report of the Council of Europe (Consultative Committee of the Convention 108) on “Artificial Intelligence and Data Protection: Challenges and Possible Remedies”: https://rm.coe.int/report-on-artificial-intelligence/16809020f0 This report is part of a broader initiative which aims to provide specific guidelines on AI and data protection to policy makers and AI developers. These guidelines are under discussion and an updated version will be made publicly available in the next few weeks.
