Dear NoC friends and colleagues,

in our new research programme "The Knowledge Dimension" at the HIIG we are examining how the Internet affects the way we create, manage, and distribute knowledge.         

In a preliminary study we are now examing trends in learning and knowledge dissemination. To make sure we are not overlooking important developments, we created a short survey that we are sending out to colleagues and experts in the field.

Since all of you work with "knowledge and the Internet" everyday and have unique insights to the developments in your particular country, we would be grateful if you could spare 5-10 minutes to fill out our survey.
