Dear members of the Network of Centers, The Center for Cyber Law & Policy (CCLP) at the University of Haifa is pleased to announce its 2018 Call for Papers. We invite scholars, researchers, young scientists, graduate and post-doctoral students, and experts in cyber law and policy, of any accredited academic institution in Israel and abroad, to apply for research grants. This year CCLP offers three tracks to apply for: 1. Research Track Eligibility: Faculty members of any accredited academic institution in Israel or abroad and prominent academics or professional experts working in collaboration with a faculty member as Co-PIs on a joint proposal. Funding: up to USD 29,000. 1. Interdisciplinary Track Eligibility: Faculty members of any accredited academic institution in Israel or abroad and prominent academics or professional experts working in collaboration with a faculty member as Co-PIs on a joint proposal. The proposal must feature a team of a computer science researcher and a law/policy related researcher (in fields such as law, social science, political science, humanities, education, economics, etc.). Funding: up to USD 58,000. Funding may exceed this sum at the discretion of CCLP based on the quality of the proposed research, its applicability, and available resources. 1. Fellows Track Eligibility: Faculty, Fellows and Doctoral Students, of any accredited academic institution in Israel or abroad, interested in pursuing a research project towards an academic publication (e.g., peer review journal, book, patent).
