Dear NoC colleagues,

Attached, please find the report Shaping the Future of AI in Africa, prepared by the NoC Secretariat in collaboration with our colleagues from the Certa Foundation and the Center for Law and Innovation in Rwanda. The report summarizes the key findings and recommendations from the AI Stakeholder Meeting we held in Kigali in 2024.

We deeply appreciate the outstanding work of our colleagues and the leadership of Isobel Acquah, Ridwan Oloyede, and Professors Sandra Cortesi and Christian Fieseler in making this possible.
