Dear All, ITS Rio <http://www.itsrio.org/> has launched our call for applications for the 2018 global fellowship program in Rio de Janeiro. In the past, we have had quite a few researchers from NoC affiliated centers and would like to continue to have more NoC members with us. Please spread the word among your centers!
